Package Protection Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions Welcome to Aprende Peque (“AprendePeque.com's Package Protection service”). By purchasing our Package Protection product, you ("Customer," "You," or "Your") acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.

Package Protection

Package Protection is an optional add-on available for your purchase to cover lost, stolen, or damaged items during the shipping process. If you select Package Protection, we will assist with claims related to any items that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, subject to the conditions below.

Conditions:

  • Eligibility: Package Protection covers lost, damaged, or stolen items only if they occur during the shipping process and not due to issues related to the customer’s actions or mistakes.
  • Incorrect Address: If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, Package Protection will not apply. We are not responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect addresses, and no replacement or refund will be issued.
  • Address Changes: If you change your address after your order has been placed, Package Protection will not apply. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to address changes made after the order has been processed.
  • Customer Responsibility: If you fail to receive your package due to an error in the address or other customer-related issues, Package Protection will not cover the claim, and we will not offer replacements or refunds.

How to File a Claim: If you believe your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact us within15 days  of the delivery date to file a claim. Proof of loss, damage, or theft will be required to process the claim.
